Banana, Yogurt and Groundnut Puree

I like recipes with easy to find ingredients. this recipe is not only delicious, it is packed with nutrients and your baby will love it! It makes a lovely smoothie for older children as well.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

2 large bananas
2 tablespoons yogurt Zeno’s Yogurt is my favorite because of its thickness)
1 tablespoon groundnut paste (you can use roasted groundnut if you don’t have paste)

Method

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
(Mash banana and mix ingredients with fork for older babies or for a thicker texture)

Can be given to babies six months and above.
P.S it important to test new foods on your baby by giving her the same food continuously for a week to check for possible allergies or stomach upsets.
